HILLVIEWFARM MILLIGAN RID 1994 Bay, 16.3” with 9.75” bone

A truly outstanding example of the Irish Draught. He has the rare combination of bone, substance and exceptional straight movement. He carries both traditional lines through his dam, and performance lines through his sire.

Milligan competed in affiliated dressage and has gained 34 BD points from very few outings. His athleticism and balance is admired by all that see him and is just what is required in today's sport horses, whether it be for dressage or jumping. He has consistently sired some outstanding show and performance horses from all types of mares. Two different mares were Reserve Supreme of the National breed show. Two won the IDHS (GB) dressage awards. Several of his progeny have won the IDHS (GB) performance awards. His stock is always in the ribbons in both pure and part bred classes. The stud prides itself on attention paid to visiting mares, where every effort is made to ensure safety and well being of mares and foals at very reasonable cost. Every effort will be made to accommodate special requirements. The stud vet is John Gilliver, who operates 'Pay as you go' or a very reasonable stud package if required.
 

Milligan is tested free of CEM, tested/vaccinated against EVA.
AI is available with fresh, chilled or frozen semen. There is no collection charge.
The Stud is situated in Ormskirk, Lancashire, easily accessible, being just 4 miles from Junc.3 M58.
 

Stud fee: £350 (£50 on covering and balance when scanned in foal)
