You are responsible for ensuring that any copy or photographs submitted by you for use in IDHS publications or on its website, and any activity or communication made by you in connection with the IDHS, will not be capable of (a) infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; (b) breaching any applicable law, whether criminal, tortious or otherwise; of (c) appearing to be offensive, false, unreliable or misleading. 
 
By submitting any material to the IDHS website, you are representing that you:
(a) are fully entitled to do so;
(b) grant us a right to copy, modify, distribute, show in public and create derivative works from that material in any form, anywhere;
(c) authorise us to adapt the relevant material in the course of showing it;
(d) waive your rights to object to our treatment of the material in question.
 
The IDHS has no control over or responsibility for the truth or accuracy of the material available on the IDHS website.  Accordingly, to the extent permitted by law, you release the IDHS and its officers, contractors and employees from all liability arising out of or in connection with the IDHS website and the material included on it.
 
If any third party sites are linked to/from the IDHS website, this does not mean that we endorse or have any responsibility for the site in question or anything which appears on it.
