This Agreement is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations in relation to this site.  By accessing or using this site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, and you re-affirm that agreement every time you use it. 

This agreement also reasonably assumes that when submitting copy or photographs that you have read, and understand the 'Copyright Disclaimer and Release'.

We reserve the right to deny placing links, advertising or written materials that are deemed damaging to the Society in any way or are contrary to the goals of the Society. We also reserve the right, without giving prior warning, to remove any materials from any category or forum.

The IDHS(GB), it's officers, directors, staff, and volunteers assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any site that has a link, authorized or not, to the IDHS(GB) official web site.
