Yearbook - Advertising Rates

YEAR BOOK 2008

Well, the covering season is finally over and thoughts naturally turn to the Year Book!  It really IS that time of the year again!

ADVERTISEMENTS

To make things a little easier this year, stallion and stud owners can reserve their space by sending a cheque and notification of their requirements, to reach me no later than 31 October; the advert can then follow, providing that is with me by 30 November.  This way, you can be certain of taking advantage of the early booking discount.

The rates have remained unchanged for the past 5 years and I am pleased to announce that this will be the case again for 2008, as follows: -

All prices include VAT – VAT receipts will be issued on request.

To get the best from your advertisement we need clear, colour photographs – you MUST obtain permission from the photographer and send his/her name and address details with the shot in order that the credit can be published.  For stallion adverts, action shots are a good bet, as are shots of his progeny.

Advertisements that arrive later than the 30 November deadline will not be accepted

ARTICLES      

This is YOUR year book so why not contribute?  We can only publish things that we receive!

We are always looking for articles/items of interest for the Pure Bred and Sport Horse sections, plus any items of general information that you would like to share. So, if you have something which you would like to be considered for inclusion in the 2008 year book please send it to me by the deadline of 30 November, as below.

Not all articles can be automatically accepted and inclusion for publication will be at the discretion of the Year Book Team.  Inevitably, some editing of articles may be necessary due to space constraints.

Adverts and articles, which must be typed in Microsoft Word, can be sent,
- as an attachment  to an e-mail, to: normaATappledarkDOTco.uk 
- on a CD or DVD to the address below.

Photos can also be e-mailed or put on a disc but originals are better – please include name, address and post code for their return.

Please do NOT send items for the year book to the Office or anywhere else, as this will only cause delay and perhaps loss of precious photographs and paperwork.
